Master Chess

Description:

Enroll your child in a 12-week chess intensive for instruction from a master chess player. The objective is to teach basic understanding of the rules of chess, for beginning players, as well as critical analysis of the tactics of the game for more advanced players. Chess tournaments are hosted at the end of each session. Club activities include formal instruction by a chess Master. The Chess Club is designed to give students an opportunity to learn the game of chess, improve their chess skills, and to enjoy challenging their peers, while experiencing healthy competition and team spirit.
